I have been working as hard as I can to earn points for the Family Fitness Challenge. As I stated before I do not eat very many fruits or veggies and had to go shopping for some for the challenge. So lesson learned..increase levels at 10% at a time like you would with your running! Today only consisted of the salad and clementine's!
I also did Jillian Michael's Yoga Meltdown DVD this evening. It felt great to stretch out. I am all ready to hit the gym again tomorrow!!
QOTD: Are your daily servings pretty balanced? Do you get the required servings of fruits and veggies in daily or close it?

I crave vegetables. Especially broccoli. Not much fruits though. I love fruit but I like veggies more. Don't get me wrong, I love french fries as well.
