At home workout

Lately I have been feeling like I have gained weight and not lost weight. My abs are the worst I can not lose anything there. So when I saw this at home workout I had to try it.

I did it three times and worked up quite the sweat. Now I can go to bed feeling better than a sack of potatoes on the couch!

i love this workout! i tried it last monday thinking it would be good but not too hard...i was sore for like 3days but it was awesome!!
