Walk for Epilepsy and Tid Bits

As I expressed it is National Epilepsy Awareness Month. This is the first time I have actually taken part in talking about it. For years I have told only who needs to know about my seizures. This year with my blog being new I have talked with more people who have similar difficulties. I have been looking for ways to give back or participate in fundraisers. I recently found the National Walk for Epilepsy in DC. Now it is not until March but I am making plans to attend. I am a few hours away but I am finding others who will join me for the 2mile or so walk and festivities. I can not wait to join others who have Epilepsy for the first time.

Tid Bits for Thursday

1. As I was walking out the door this morning the cat was fixated on something above the door. I looked up and there was A FLYING SQUIRREL!! Yikes!! I screamed and ran. Now yes I live in the woods and things like this is bound to happen....yes this is the second time it happened actually. Bri jumped right on it and had the thing in his hands within minutes! My hero!

2. I have my bone scan today. My mom said I had the dye injected into me when I was younger and it made me sick. GREAT so I am not excited to get it again. I am hoping it was a one time deal.

3.  I WANT TO RUN!!!! I have not tried the run across the house lately but I am dying to! Especially when there is a squirrel above my head!

Hope you all are having a great week. I can not believe it is almost Friday already!!!

QOTD: Ever had an unwanted critter stuck in your house/apartment???  We have now had bats and squirrels.
