SBBC week 3

This week I did a lot of variety adding in some WOW workouts and other ab workouts. I also got out and walked with my dad after the race on Saturday. He was booking it!! I am proud of my ability to workout even with traveling home when I was so busy! I also shocked myself by getting first place in my AG in the race on Saturday. You know it pays to be 30yrs old when you place 101st overall but you got 1st in your AG. Yea there were 59 girls in the 15-19 age group and I am pretty sure ALL of them beat me!!

This weekend when I was home I also worked at an indoor triathlon  That was awesome!! There were 26 competitors and they were of all physical abilities! I worked the treadmills since I knew how to do a quick fix or catch someone if they were falling off. (Yes we had a lady not jump off when she hit stop and went flying backwards!!) So this is how it worked, they had 15mins to swim as many laps, 15mins to bike as many miles and 15 mins to run as many miles. I now think I could do that! Maybe next year!!

Goal for this week is to get some quality runs in and more ab workouts.

Monday: 30 walk in the snow, 30 min abs, 60min yoga + 7 servings of freggies 64 oz water
Tuesday 40mins hills, 17mins walk in snow, 60mins yoga, 10mins abs + 67 servings freggies 64 oz water
Wednesday 50mins zumba, 12mins abs, 20mins WOW, 30mins yoga + 8 freggies 64 oz water
Thursday 60mins zumba, 60 mins yoga + 7 freggies 64 oz water
Friday 26min run before school + 7 freggies 64 oz water
Saturday 5k run 24:32 and 2mile walk 36mins + 7 freggies 64 oz water
Sunday 2.25mile walk on hills 53:01, 15min abs, 60min yoga + 7 freggies

SBBC and Wellness challenge week 2

Last week I ended with 51 points for the SBBC challenge and my goal was to beat that this week. Last week I averaged an hour to hour and half each day. This week I got 2hours in almost everyday of some sort of exercise. I even pulled out my bike on Sunday and have had it with me all week. I would have to say that both these challenges have my competitiveness going crazy. At work there are rumors people are cheating (people out all week with the stomach flu but still racking up 2hours of exercise a day!!) I don't think you can actually count puking though it does hurt your abs.Anyways.....

Here is how my week 2 went:

Monday: hill workout 3.1 29:10, and 30mins yoga, 1hour zumba plus 7 servings of freggies

Tuesday: 9.73 bike ride 43:44, 30min Bob Harper DVD, 1 hour yoga plus 7 freggies servings

Wednesday: 5 mile pre work run 50mins, 60mins yoga plus 7 freggies servings

Thursday: 1 hour zumba, 1 hour yoga plus 7 freggies servings

Friday: 30 min Family fun run, abs with manda, 30mins yoga

Saturday: 5k race 24:50, hike in the snow around the house 15mins

Sunday: 3.5 mile run 32mins, abs 10mins plus 30 strength, yoga 1hour

Now my freggies ready for the week. I am trying out Kale for the first time and it smells...does it usually smell??
