Hi all I am still here just been a busy school year. Recently I have been trying to get back on track with fitness and I joined the Spring Bootie Buster Challenge by Amanda at RunToTheFinish. Here is how week one went.
3/4 3.24 run with morning smoothie, cucumbers, peppers for 7 servings
3/5 morning abs PM 4mile run. Morning smoothie, carrots, orange
3/6 Am gym session with 1 mile cool down run morning smoothie, carrots, spinach an tomato on sandwich
3/7 zumba morning smoothie, carrots, apple, orange
3/8 I feel here with my cold. One hour yoga PM smoothie, carrots and orange
3/9. 3 mile hike
3/10. TBD yet maybe bike ride.
Can't wait to keep this up!!
