The ladies at work lately have been making all sorts of different green monsters at lunch. The only thing is they are complaining of not seeing weight loss. I can say it over and over to them about working out but they are all or nothing with the shakes. What is your feeling?? Should I just shut my mouth when I know it takes more than diet most of the time??
